Product Category
According to the production process, braided hose can be divided into three categories: low, medium and high quality.
Low-grade braided hose is made of aluminum wire, iron nut, zinc alloy inner core and rubber inner tube with relatively fine wire diameter at the lower end. The product with this configuration has a certain price advantage, but its grade is the lowest, and it is prone to water leakage, oxidation and other problems.
Medium-grade braided pipes are mainly made of 304 steel wire, EPDM material and all-copper fittings. The applicable period is generally more than 5 years.
High-grade braided hose has specific uses, such as water purifier braided hose. The general requirement is to put the middle configuration first. The common configurations are 304 stainless steel wire, food-grade silicone inner tube, food-grade PEX-B inner tube, 58-3 all-copper fittings, silicone gasket, etc.
The braided hose can be divided into single-nut hose, braided hose and shower hose according to its use. Single-nuthose are mainly used for kitchen and bathroom hardware such as faucets and vegetable washbasins. Her name derives from the fact that there are external teeth at one end, also known as poles. Single-nuthose require 304 stainless steel wire, EPDM inner tubes, and accessories are all copper. Braided hose can be divided into stainless steel and alloy wire (aluminum wire), which can also be divided into upper and lower parts. Shower tubes generally have 201 and 304 stainless steel braids, EPDM inner tubes, and all copper fittings. “Shower hose are generally made of 58-3 copper fittings, EPDM inner tubes, which are made of 201 and 304 stainless steel braids. Product maintenance
1. Please pay attention to yourself and product safety when disassembling and assembling braided tubes.
2. Unavailable strong acid when removing scale and causing corrosion to product surface.
3. Do not disassemble the hose for maintenance. Improper disassembly will damage the product appearance and internal structure.
4. Please do not use any tools to install the product, just install it by hand, otherwise the rubber ring and joint will be damaged, resulting in water leakage.
Product instructions
1. The place where this product is installed must be equipped with floor drain and smooth drainage;
2. This product must be installed by professional personnel;
3. Before installation, please confirm whether the product length is in line with the required edge connection distance. It is forbidden to stretch the product by force while connecting;
4. The length of the pipe must be at a straight distance from the water inlet, but not more than 3cm. If the product is only installed by bending due to site restrictions, the bending radian (radius) must be greater than 3R (that is, three times the pipe radius), and the fixing and protection measures must be implemented;
5. After installation, carefully check whether there is leakage at each connection, and ensure it is normal before use;
6. Do not use corrosive cleaning products to clean this product;
7. If you do not stay or go out for a long time after installation, please close the main water inlet valve of the hose to avoid hose damage or other losses caused by abnormal water pressure.
